Tasting Notes
Mixing culinary and musical fare, the Infinity Music Hall opened an upscale bistro in May 2009,
adjoined to the refurbished 1883 building that houses a three-hundred-seat performance venue in Norfolk, Connecticut.
Boasting vibrant earth tones throughout, the Infinity Bistro has a clean, modern feel amplified by sleek black-and-white portraits of music legends that decorate its gold, red, and olive walls. Rich wooden tables provide a fitting stage for chef Dan Fortin’s fresh, upscale cuisine featuring locally sourced ingredients. In addition to a stellar lineup of shows ranging from rock and bluegrass concerts to comedy acts, patrons can enjoy convenient, pre-show dinners and post-show snacks as well as happy hour (the bistro boasts a full bar with a wide selection of wines and craft beers) and special events.
Infinity Bistro’s fine entrées and decadent desserts, as well as sandwiches, burgers, and vegetarian dishes, put the finishing touches on what has become a satisfying music destination. [MAR/APR 2010]
