Simple Treasures

While browsing the racks of funky postcards at Seven Arts Gift Shop on Main Street in Stockbridge recently (snail mail, however archaic, is a happy obsession of mine), I made a discovery: a colorful selection of vintage books illustrated by, who else, Norman Rockwell. Alphabet books, counting books, cookbooks, compilations of Christmas eye candy...the list goes on.

Throwbacks to a simpler era, that of our famous small-town artist, they'd make an excellent Berkshire-flavored gift, for the right recipient.
